Yes, we ask that you bring all of your medications (both prescribed and non-prescribed) with you, so that are pharmacy team can review them. Each patient will create a current medication history (home medication list) with our pharmacy team. This is to provide the best possible information to your care team to ensure they have the information they need to provide you the best possible care.
