News Centre - April 3 to 9

Research tells us that as many as 1.8 million Ontarians think they have registered to be an organ donor when they actually have not. The Trillium Gift of Life Network goal is to reach these Ontarians and encourage them to visit beadonor.ca to check their status - because every registration counts.

Spring will bloom brightly at WPSHC

We’re not just waiting for spring at WPSHC, we’re also looking forward to seeing the official tulip of Canada’s 150th anniversary.

We are very thankful to volunteer gardener Erik Deiters. Last September he planted 200 Canada 150 tulips, 100 at each entrance. We can’t wait for spring to arrive!

News Centre - Ross WD supports quality care

Thirty-two employees at Ross WD Inc. recently participated in a burly fund raiser in support of local hospital care. Between January 13 and February 23, participating employees neither cut their hair nor shaved their beards.

Ross employees called the month, Hair for Care.

News Centre - donation supports 3D project

With the combined efforts of Shoppers Drug Mart, its store teams and customers, West Parry Sound Health Centre is getting closer to acquiring 3-D technology for the local Mammography Unit.
